Dr. Ugo Rogo is a PhD candidate at the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment (DAFE), Università di Pisa. He earned his Master’s Degree in Vegetable and Microbial Biotechnology (LM-7) with 110 cum laude at the University of Pisa. His PhD thesis is entitled "Genome Editing Approaches Lactuca sativa". His research areas include Plants, CRISPR/Cas9, Genome editing, virus-induced gene editing (VIGE), etc.
