Dr. Haris Khurram is currently employed as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Research Methodology and Data Analytics at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Sciences, Prince of Shongkla University, Pattani Campus, Thailand. He is also an Assistant Professor of Statistics at the Chiniot-Faisalabad Campus of the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in Pakistan. He has over eight years of experience in research and teaching. His doctorate in statistics was from Bahauddin Zakariya University in Pakistan. He conducts research on Bayesian Non-parametric models, including the Gaussian process model, during his doctoral studies. He has extensive experience as a reviewer and member of the editorial team for numerous international journals. He has authored over 40 research publications in esteemed international journals. He is an active researcher doing research in various areas, including Computational Statistics and Data Science. Presently, he is actively engaged in the development of computational models for modeling and prediction. His expertise encompasses applied statistical methods, data science, and machine learning, with a particular emphasis on biomedical, pharmaceutical, and public health, and epidemiological research. Additionally, he is engaged in the development of methods for estimating the total population using calibration estimators in survey sampling. Computational statistics, data science, public health, and survey sampling are his areas of interest.
