Jintao Li received a B.Sc. degree and an M.Sc. degree from Shandong Agricultural University, in 2012 and 2015, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree from Beijing Normal University, in 2018. He has been working as an assistant professor in the Institute of Public Governance at Shandong University since 2018. He is now an Assistant Dean and Associate Professor. His research interests mainly focus on urban and rural development and land resource utilization.
