Biography

I am a neuroscientist specializing in stress-related behavioral abnormalities and gene–environment interactions. In 2020, I earned two PhD degrees, one from Moscow State University (Russia) and one from Maastricht University (the Netherlands), both focused on the neurobiology of stress and behavioral dysfunction. I have worked at several leading biological and medical research institutions in Moscow and have collaborated extensively with laboratories in Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Portugal through joint projects and research visits. My research explores the biological mechanisms linking stress, brain function, and behavior, with particular interest in neuropsychiatric disorders. I was awarded a competitive two-year personal research grant supporting my independent research activities. I hold a FELASA Category B certificate in laboratory animal science. My work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals and currently has a Scopus h-index of 14. Through international and interdisciplinary collaborations.
