In this paper we present a 3D printed flow meter based on venturri effect. Dimensions of the microchannels are 800 µm for wider and 400 µm for thinker channel. Application of different type of sensors was investigated: differential, absolute and digital barometer. Results of measurement of differential pressure and calculation of liquid flow are shown. Presented microfluidics device can be also easy adapted for modular systems. Presented flow meter is the first integration of commercial available sensors and 3D printed microfluidics structure in a single chip.

An energy harvester fabricated by inkjet 3D printing and utilizing miniature water flow turbine with integrated mechanical and electrical components is shown. Flexibility of 3D printing design enables integration of electronic component with mechanical turbine and building of smaller and less complicated harvester than reported in literature. Turbine (ED 25.4 mm (1") and 14 mm long) is able to generate maximum 4 mW for 14 L/min of water flow and gives 0.7 V output voltage for optimal loading resistance (RL=55?). The harvester itself may be used as a self-suppling water-flow, zero-energetic sensor in the distributed nets of water consumption measurement.
Inkjet 3D printing is with success used for preparation microfluidics devices as a microfluidic chips for DNA separation. Utilized this technic help us to prepare a chip in shorter time and cheaper, but length of microchannel are limited by possibility of support material removing. One of the Solution for solve this limitations is divide a microfluidics chips for modules and printing them separately. I this paper we present a modular configurable system for gel electrophoresis. Results of carrying methylene-blue from first module to second module are showed. New methodology for electrophoresis is show.
In this paper we present a results of fabrication of 3D printed micropot with integrated cantilever-like force sensor. Different thickness cantilevers was used. Presented micropot was use for characterization of grow Lepidium sativium.
The paper presents results of characterization of inkjet 3D printed microcantilevers. Determination of mechanical properties of microstructures is a key issue towards application of the structures in the 3D printed sensors or actuators. Micro cantilevers with different length and thicknesses were designed, printed and characterized. Obtained results were coMPared to the computer simulations. Knowledge on the mechanical properties of 3D printed microcantilevers will allow to predict and evaluate the behavior of future designed structures applied in microsensors, microactuators.
An energy harvester fabricated by inkjet 3D printing based on miniature water flow turbine with mechanical and electrical components necessary for electrical energy generation is shown. Turbine (outside diameter 25.4 mm (1”) and 14 mm length) is able to generate electric power of 4 mW for 14 L/min of water flow and it gives 0.7 V for optimal load resistance (RL = 55 Ω). The harvester itself may be used as self-suppling water-flow, zero-energetic sensor in the distributed nets of water consumption measurement.
