Post-doctoral work 1991-2000 at the Institute of Molecular Medicine Oxford (cloning of the TSC2 and PKD1 genes). 2000-2013 Mayo Clinic Rochester USA (cloning PKHD1 gene). 2013-present KUMC USA working on the extracellular vesicle biology and autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
