Dong-Hoan Seo received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from Kyungpook National University, South Korea in 1996, 1999, and 2003, respectively. Since 2004, he has been with Korea Maritime and Ocean University, where he is currently a professor in the Division of Electronics and Electrical Information Engineering. His research interests include sensor networks, signal processing, and computer vision.
