Dr. Andrea Silvestrini is Professor at the Department of Health and Life Sciences, European University of Rome, Italy. He completed his PhD studies in Biochemistry at the University of Sapienza. He has published more than 70 papers in various journals, and serves as a reviewer for MDPI journals. His teaching disciplines include Chemistry and Biochemistry, and his interests include peptides in endocrinopathies, antioxidants and oxidative stress.
