Biography
Hristos Tyralis received a Ph.D. degree in civil engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, in 2015. He is currently the Director of NATO Constructions Directorate, Construction Agency (YPEPA), Hellenic Air Force. He has 20 years of experience in public works supervision and management with the Hellenic Air Force. His current research interests include statistical hydrology, probabilistic hydrological modeling, and machine learning.
