Bruno G. Pollet is a Full Professor of chemistry at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) in Canada and a Fellow of the UK Royal Society of Chemistry. He is the President of the Green Hydrogen Division of the International Association for Hydrogen Energy (IAHE). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (CHFCA) and Hydrogen Québec. He is also leading H2CAN2.0, a cluster of H2FC R&D groups in Canada. His research covers a wide range of areas, including the development of novel materials for low-temperature fuel cells and water electrolysers, hydrogen production from pure, waste, & saline waters, as well as oxygenated solutions and CO2-saturated waters to fuel cell and electrolyser systems, demonstrators, and prototypes. His research also focuses on sono electrochemistry to produce fuel cell/electrolyser materials and to improve electrochemical processes. Professor Pollet is a member of organizations like the Electrochemical Society (ECS) and the International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE) and serves as scientific advisor to leading Canadian hydrogen companies, including Hydrogen Optimized and Cipher Neutron Inc.
