Zhanar Kalibekkyzy graduated from the Semipalatinsk Technological Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry in 1995. She received the Candidate of Biological Sciences degree in Hygiene from the Kazakh Academy of Nutrition in 2003 and was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Food Technology in 2021. She has held teaching and administrative positions at Shakarim University, including Associate Professor, Head of Department, Director of the Department of Science, and currently serves as Vice-Rector for Science. Her research interests include food hygiene, food safety, meat and dairy technology, biotechnology, standardization, and the development of functional food products. In 2026 she was awarded the academic title of Professor.
