The advantages of a quantitative assessment of the spatial and temporal variability of the boundaries and volumes of ravines using modern means and methods of aerial photography from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) are substantiated, in contrast to traditional survey methods (linear method of benchmarks, tacheometric, aerial and space photography, laser scanning). The erosion zoning and mapping of linear and gully formations on the territory of the Kuitunka, Tarbagataika, and Kunaleika river basins (Selenga middle mountains) are carried out. The reanalysis data were used to assess extreme meteorological events leading to the acceleration of erosion processes. Paleontological material confirms the long duration of erosive-accumulative processes in the Nizhnyaya Bulanka depression. High-accuracy multi-temporal orthophotomaps and digital elevation models of Bulanka gully using unmanned aerial vehicles were produced. The method of quantitative estimation of gully formation rates is offered, which allows estimating with high accuracy the change of area and volume characteristics of erosive forms.

"Silk Road Economic Zone" and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" strategic conception is China's response to today's complex international geopolitical and economic situation, to combat the international economic crisis, to build a sustainable development of the new international political and economic order Major strategic conception. The implementation of the strategy of "one way" provides an important strategic opportunity for the construction of a new international financial industry in China and a new pattern. Through the analysis of the development pattern of the financial industry along the area and way, the possible future development trend and potential, proposed: to promote the financial opening up, and build our leading overseas financial organizations; implementation of cross-border financial support program, focusing on "Field and people's livelihood projects to carry out cross-border financial assistance; take the initiative to participate in the reform of the international monetary system to speed up the international development of the RMB; conducive to cross-border financing integration of specialized and systematic financial system and other strategic countermeasures and suggestions. It is of great practical significance and decision-making reference value to play a better role in supporting the "one way" strategy and promoting the implementation of the strategy of "one way".

Russia is the largest neighboring country of China. Between the two countries, the resources and industry are complemented, the political mutual trust is at a high level, and trade cooperation has a broad prospect. Choosing the best regions and the best industries to strengthen investment in Russia has a major strategic significance in promoting ‘the Belt and Road Initiative’ and China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor Construction. However, the related researches are extremely limited. The investment environment is unclear, and the investment risk is unknown, which seriously restrict the investment in Russia and the trade cooperation with Russia. Our research team carried out scientific expedition, government visits and scientific research cooperation in Russia for several years, and obtained a great number of first-hand valuable data. According to the analysis on the data and Russian regional policies, this study constructed an investment environment evaluation model (ESI-PRA model), scientific assessed the investment environment for 83 subjects of federation in Russia, in terms of economic, social, infrastructure, policy, resource and accessibility, classified 4 types of investment regions, chose 3 investment priority regions, revealed the investment priority industries, demonstrated the main investment risks, and proposed the strategic policies. The research results provide direct scientific and technological support for strategic decisions, such as investment in Russia, bilateral economic and trade cooperation, and overseas layout of Chinese-funded enterprises. Moreover, it has an important practical and strategic significance for improving overseas geo-strategic interests of China and ensuring the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.

The Belt and Road initiative will improve the interconnection among Asian, European and Africa, promote international trade and the optimal allocation of factors of production among the counties along the Belt and Road. There are abundant agricultural resources and many agricultural countries along the Belt and Road. Promoting agricultural international cooperation has great important significance in putting forward the Belt and Road initiative construction, ensuring food security and promoting sustainable development of the Belt and Road even all over the world. This study researched on the spatial pattern of agriculture resources, agricultural development advantages and disadvantages of the countries along the Belt and Road and the agricultural trade between these countries and China, and based on this, advanced some strategies for our country in promoting agricultural cooperation to the other countries of the Belt and Road which contains: "Land imports", overseas "high-tech green agriculture park" construction and establish "green agriculture international cooperation and development alliance of the Belt and Road initiative". And then, we put forward some safeguard suggestions. This research took the international perspective and scientific analysis to support the national strategy of "The Belt and Road", and the conclusions will provide a strong theoretical basis and strategic support for the construction of "The Belt and Road".

Rural landscape is a complex of natural landscape and human landscape, with various values. The recreational value of rural landscape is a kind of comprehensive benefit with economic, social and ecological, which is provided by the rural landscape as a recreational resource. Loess Plateau is located at the junction of northern and northwestern of China, with serious water and soil erosion and fragile ecological environment. Jingning County is the national poor county, belonging to Liupanshan concentrated poverty areas. Hulu Watershed in Jingning is the typical valley area of Loess Plateau. In the past few decades, Jingning facing the fragile ecology and poverty, has been focusing on apple industry, forming unique rural landscape, exploring an ecological development path, and making much progress in green industrialization and urbanization. The author, according to the apple tree’s growing stages, divided the rural landscape of Hulu Watershed into 15 types and analyzed its spatial patterns. The recreational value of Hulu Watershed was evaluated at 1.8 × 108–3.6 × 108 yuan (RMB) in 2014, by Travel Cost Method and Contingent Valuation Method. The territorial differentiational features of recreational value were that the higher value landscape types concentrated in the surrounding areas of towns and central villages, and the areas along the traffic and river had more development potentiality. The main influence factors were the construction of rural landscape and the development of recreation industry. And the development paths of different landscape types were also proposed. The research conclusions can provide reference for the landscape exploration and recreation industry development in the similar underdeveloped areas in the valley area of Loess Plateau with fragile ecology and poverty.
