Dr. Galia Zamaratskaia received her PhD degree in Food Sciences at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in 2004. She now works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Molecular Sciences, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. Her research focuses on the factors affecting the quality of animal- and plant-based food. She is also interested in the impact of diet on human health.
