Prof. Dr. Zhuangzhi Sun

Prof. Dr. Zhuangzhi Sun currently works as a professor and doctoral supervisor at the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Northeast Forestry University, China. He holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Harbin Engineering University, earned in 2016. His research directions are mechanical bionics and forestry intelligent manufacturing, (1) micro-nano mechanical system and intelligent material design, (2) flexible robot and sensor design, (3) intelligent detection of forest resources, and (4) collection and utilization of natural environment energy. He serves as a youth committee member of the International Society of Bionic Engineering, a youth committee member of the China Micro-Nano Technology Society, a director of the Forestry and Grassland Intelligent Technology and Robotics Branch of the China Forestry Society, and the secretary-general of the Heilongjiang Youth Science and Technology Association.
