Dr. Jiahong Li is a postdoctoral scholar in Medical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology, working with Prof. Wei Gao. He received his Ph.D. degree in Medical and Electrical Engineering from Caltech. Previously, he earned his M.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and his B.S. degree in Chemistry from Wuhan University. His research focuses on developing functional soft materials and bioelectronic systems for continuous physicochemical sensing, minimally invasive biofabrication, and adaptive therapy. By integrating materials design, electrochemical sensing, wireless electronics, and bioadhesive interfaces, he aims to create intelligent biomedical platforms that seamlessly interface with the human body for personalized health monitoring and treatment.
