Dr. Chen Lue, Senior Engineer of Beijing Aerospace Control Center, obtained Master's degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2009, and PhD from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2021,respectively. Research direction: Deep space radio measurement technology and scientific applications, spacecraft signal and information processing，Earth orientation parameters (EOP) determination and prediction.
