Dr. Mi Jeong Kim is a professor at the School of Architecture at Hanyang University in Korea. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Yonsei University, and completed her Ph.D at the University of Sydney. She worked under a Postdoctoral Fellowship at UC Berkeley before joining Kyung Hee University. Her current research interests include convergence issues such as sensing architecture; human–computer interaction for spatial design, virtual reality, and augmented reality; and design education and strategies for creativity. She has published a great number of international papers and books in the field. She is also a member of the editorial boards for international journals.
