Dr. Edyta Puniach serves as an Assistant Professor (adjunct) in the Department of Engineering, Surveying and Civil Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology. She received her doctorate in technical sciences from the Faculty of Mining, Surveying, and Environmental Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology, Kraków, Poland, in 2014. Her research and scientific work focus on engineering and industrial surveying, as well as the use of new measurement technologies in various fields of science. In particular, she deals with the implementation of laser scanning and photogrammetry for the assessment of underground mining's impact on ground surface deformation.
