Meltem AYAŞ received her MSc in Medical Microbiology from the Marmara University in 2014, and Ph.D. degree in Medical Biotechnology from Acıbadem Univerity in 2023. She worked as Assistant of Medical Microbiologist at Acıbadem Labmed Medical Laboratories (2015–2023). In 2023, She moved to Acıbadem University and was promoted to Lecturer in 2023. Her work in medical microbiology has resulted in 10 publications, 30 presentations, 20 lectures, and courses.
