Neng-Sheng Pai received the BS and MS degrees in the Department of Automatic Control Engineering of Feng Chia University, Taichung, Taiwan, in 1983 and 1986. In December 2002, he was awarded a PhD in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taichung, Taiwan. He was the chairman of the department from 2004 to 2007 and was also the chairman of the Computer Center of the National Chin- Yi University of Technology from 2013 to 2017.
His current research interests include fuzzy systems, Artificial intelligence, imagine processing, advanced control systems and microprocessor systems.
