Dr Steve Myers is an experienced lecturer and researcher in the medical sciences. He is interested in aspects of metabolic disease and specifically insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Steve has previously worked in a number of academic institutes including. The University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology, University of the Sunshine Coast, and Federation University Australia. Since moving to Tasmania in 2015, Steve has combined his expertise in metabolic disease with the School's Exercise and Nutritional Sciences and laboratory medicine.
