Professor Marie Pierre Tavolacci, MD, PhD is an epidemiologist at the Clinical Investigation Center of the University Hospital of Rouen, and a member of the U1073 “Nutrition, inflammation and dysfunction of the intestine-brain axis” at the University of Rouen-Normandy. She conducts research on student health with the program Ta Santé en Un Clic (Your Health in a Click), established in 2009. Health behaviors, such as physical activity and also eating disorders, are particularly studied. Various studies were conducted with several thousand students included. About twenty publications have been published. She also works in close collaboration with the Nutrition Department of Pr Déchelotte of the Rouen University Hospital, which has also enabled the development of a screening algorithm for eating disorders and coordinates a clinical cohort of patients with eating disorders.
