Prof. Jiapeng Liu is a Lecturer (University-appointed Associate Professor) and Master’s and Doctoral Supervisor at Hebei University of Technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the China University of Mining and Technology (2010–2014) and a combined Master’s–PhD from Tianjin University (2014–2020). Joining Hebei University of Technology in 2020 as a “Qihang A” Yuanguang Scholar, he focuses on novel two-dimensional nanomaterials and environmental chemical engineering, teaching core chemical engineering courses. He has published over 10 top journal papers (1 ESI highly cited), developed advanced heterostructures for electrocatalysis and energy storage, and holds honors including national scholarships. He leads a 1 million RMB start-up fund and participates in a National Key R&D Program.
