Dr. Néstor Daniel Galán Hernández. He earned a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Acapulco Institute of Technology, Mexico. He earned his Master's and Doctorate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies CINVESTAV-Guadalajara, Mexico. He has received the distinction of Honorary Researcher from the Sinaloa System of Researchers and Technologists, as well as National Researcher Level 1. In human resources training, he has advised Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral theses. He has published research and dissemination articles in the field of renewable energy. He is currently a Full Professor in the Energy Engineering program at the Polytechnic University of Sinaloa, Mexico.
