Professor Wai Yee Yeong is a Professor at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She leads the Additive Manufacturing for Biomedical Applications research group and serves as the Programme Director of the Singapore Centre for 3D Printing. Prof. Yeong received her PhD in Mechanical Engineering from NTU and is internationally recognized for her work in 3D bioprinting, tissue engineering, and biomedical additive manufacturing. Her research focuses on translational applications of 3D printing in healthcare, including implants, scaffolds, and bioinks. She has published extensively in high-impact journals and serves on editorial boards and review panels for multiple international journals and funding agencies. Her teaching and research interests include additive manufacturing, biomaterials, medical devices, and tissue engineering.
