Nestoras Papadopoulos received his diploma in 2010 as a Survey and Geoinformatics Engineer from the School of Rural, Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and his MSc degree in 2015 from the same institution. He is currently a PhD Candidate since 21 Jan 2021 in School of Rural, Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. The research area of the PhD thesis is signal analysis of tidal data. Besides sea level modeling his research interests are geodesy, reference frames and geoid modeling. He is an Army Officer of the Hellenic Army Geographical Corps and served as Associate of Geodatabases Department, Head of Geodesy Branch, Commander of the Topography School and Head of Education Department.
