Biography
Jianjun Deng is a Professor of the Institute of Vegetables and Flowers at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He completed his PhD at China Agricultural University in 2010. He has 98 publications with 1965 citations and an h-index of 28 (Scopus, 24 October 2023). His research interests include Natural products and chronic disease prevention, Food chemistry and nutrition, and Bioactive lipids in cancer.
