Dr. Daibing Luo works at the Analytical & Testing Center of Sichuan University. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Nankai University and a Ph. D. degree from the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2015, he went to Tokyo University of Science as a visiting scholar for one year. His research interests include material surfaces, synthetic diamond materials, and TiO2 photothermal materials.
