Taner Arsan is an Associate Professor at Kadir Has University of Computer Engineering. He received his BS degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 1990, and his MS and Ph.D. degree in Control and Computer Engineering from ITU in 1994 and 1999. He has 18 peer-reviewed journal articles, 24 international full conference papers, and five technical reports. His current research interests include indoor positioning, deep learning, and smart systems.
