Prof. Songbai Xue is a Professor at the College of Materials Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China. He holds a PhD in Materials Processing Engineering (2002) from the Harbin Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in Engineering (1987) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Bachelor of Science (1981) from Hunan University. His research focuses on advanced connection technology, microelectronics assembly and packaging, new welding technology and equipment, and the design and preparation of new welding materials. He serves as the Director of the China Welding Society.
