Will is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow associated with the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction at University College London.
Will is delighted and honoured to collaborate with UCL, a British world-leading academic powerhouse, and proud to contribute to UCL's success via his academic publications researched during his spare time.
Research includes the application of artificial intelligence, reinforcement learning, machine learning, and deep learning in the built environment, such as cities, buildings, and infrastructure.
Research topics cover the following:
1) Asset creation via generative adversarial networks and echo state networks;
2) Asset tokenisation via distributed ledger technologies, blockchain, and real estate data marketplaces;
3) Asset management via fault prediction, detection, and diagnosis; regression and classification predictive modelling; generative transformers; large language models; and deep learning management structures for decision making;
4) Asset cybersecurity via neural cryptography and AI agents based on deep reinforcement learning;
5) Asset information and communications via cognitive packet networks, and search and recommender systems.
