Patroi Delia graduated in 2004 and received her PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from University Politehnica of Bucharest, Romania, in 2012. She is senior researcher and the head of Department of Materials and Products Characterization for Electric and Energy Engineering at the National Institute for Research and Development in Electrical Engineering ICPE-CA of Bucharest. She has expertise in materials characterization such as carbonic, ceramic, metallic micro-nano structured materials, micro/nanofibers, nanoparticles, powders and films by X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence, optical and electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and other physical methods.
