José A. Pomposo received his Ph.D. from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) in
1994. He has been an IKERBASQUE research professor in the Polymers and Soft Matter Group at the Materials Physics Center (MPC), Spain, since 2010. His research interests include the synthesis of uniform soft nano-objects; the structure, dynamics, and self-assembly behavior of complex single-chain
nano-objects; and the construction of hybrid organic nanostructures.
