Shuang Zhangreceived his Ph.D. degree in circuits and systems from Jilin University, Jilin, China, in 2008. He has developed land
and marine proton precession magnetic sensor based on pre-polarization and dynamic nuclear polarization effect for weak magnetic detection, detecting landmines, and unexploded ordnance. He is currently a Professor with the College of Electronic Science and Engineering, Jilin University. His current research interests include weak signal detection, electromagnetic detection theory, and system design.
