Giuseppe Stecca is Senior Research Scientist at National Research Council of Italy, Institute of Systems Analysis and Computer Science “Antonio Ruberti” (Istituto di Analisi dei Sistemi ed Informatica “Antonio Ruberti”)—CNR-IASI. He graduated in Management Engineering and obtained his PhD in Economics and Management Engineering at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. He holds the chair of “Supply Chain Management” (MAT/09) at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and the chair of “Models of Production Systems” (ING-IND/35) at the University “Guglielmo Marconi”. He has multiyear experience in national and international research projects. He has had several abroad experiences. His principal research interests are related to mathematical modeling, simulation and optimization of transport, logistics, and service and production systems. His main studied applications are related to green supply chain management and digital twin. He is a coauthor of more than 40 publications on international scientific journals and conference proceedings. He is a member of the Italian Operations research society (AIRO).
