Dr. Micheline Piquette-Miller is a Professor within the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. Dr. Piquette-Miller completed a pharmacy degree and PhD in Pharmacokinetics at the University of Alberta and continued post-doctoral training in the area of drug transporters at the University of California in San Francisco. Her research focuses on understanding the regulation of drug transport proteins. Her lab investigates the influence of disease and environmental factors on the regulation of transporter proteins and impact on maternal and fetal health.
