The advancement of technology and economic development has raised the standard of living and at the same time brought a greater burden to the environment. Environmental governance has become a common concern around the world, and although China’s environmental governance has achieved some success, it is still a long way from the ultimate goal. This paper empirically analyzes the impact of environmental publicity and education on environmental governance performance, using public participation as a mediator. The results show that: the direct effect of environmental publicity and education on environmental governance performance is not significant; environmental publicity and education have a significant positive effect on public participation; public participation significantly contributes to environmental governance performance; public participation shows a good mediating effect between environmental publicity and education and environmental governance performance. The government should adopt diversified environmental protection publicity and education in future environmental governance, and vigorously promote public participation in environmental governance so that the goal of environmental governance can be fundamentally accomplished by all people.
Based on the development of the concept of a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society, needing to develop low-carbon and sustainable urban transportation. Most of the pollutants come from the emissions of motor vehicle exhaust. Therefore, this paper analyzes the relationship between driving behavior and traffic emissions, to constrain driver behavior to reduce pollutant emissions. The GPS data are preprocessed by using Navicat for data integration, data screening, data sorting, etc., and then, the speed data are cleaned by using a combination of box-and-line plots and linear interpolation in SPSS. Second, this paper uses principal component analysis (PCA) to downsize 12 indicators such as average speed, average acceleration, and maximum speed and then adopts K-MEANS and K-MEDOIDS methods to cluster the driver’s behavioral indicators, selects the aggregation method based on the clustering indexes optimally, and analyzes the driver’s driving state by using the symbolic approximation aggregation method; finally, according to the above research results and combined with the MOVES traffic emission model to analyze the relationship between the driver’s driving mode, driving state, and traffic emissions, the decision tree can be used to predict the unknown driving mode of the driver to estimate the degree of its emissions.
This study is based on the concept of converting agricultural waste into green new energy, we combine the concept of green cycle development and the relevant theories in modern system engineering to optimize the study of agricultural production waste recycling network. In this paper, the optimization of the agricultural production waste recycling network is divided into two aspects—facility site selection and vehicle path planning—with the objectives of agricultural production waste green recycling and the minimization of system construction and operational costs. In this study, the site selection and path planning problems were unified and an optimization model for the agricultural production waste recycling network site-path (LRP) problem was constructed. The optimization results of agricultural production waste recycling network facility location and recycling vehicle path planning were obtained by using the simulation data in the optimization model and designing the genetic algorithm design with the relevant characteristics of agricultural production waste recycling. The feasibility and operability of the model were verified through experiments. The research related to the optimization of agricultural production waste recycling networks can be used to both reduce production costs in agricultural areas and progress the practical theory of reverse logistics in agricultural areas. Agricultural waste resource utilization provides important support for the development of an ecological agriculture cycle and helps protect the environment.

Introduction: In the context of rural revitalization strategies, effectively managing rural waste is a critical task for achieving ecological environmental sustainability. The current state of garbage collection and transportation is examined in this paper, focusing on the rural waste management practices in Dongfeng County, Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, through mathematical modeling. Methods: By analyzing the rural domestic waste collection network, the volume of waste generated at various points is fuzzified using the fuzzy mathematical theory. Results: The results of path optimization for waste collection and transportation were derived from a case study, demonstrating the feasibility and practicality of the rural domestic waste recycling network model.Dicussion: Additionally, sensitivity analysis was conducted to assess the impact of changes on the total cost. Potential solutions for rural waste recycling and treatment are offered in this paper, providing valuable insights for the development of a rural domestic waste recycling network in Jilin Province.
Ecological water resources occupy a vital position in the national economy; without sufficient ecological water resources, the construction and economic development of sponge cities would be seriously restricted. Appropriately, the Chinese government proposed that sponge city planning should be carried out in accordance with the number of available ecological water resources. The government therefore put forward the method of conservation and intensification to solve the problem of water shortage. This paper highlights the interactions between ecological water resources, sponge cities, and economic development in northern China, starting with the interaction and mechanism of action that concerns ecological water resource utilization, sponge cities, and economic development. In the empirical test, the dynamic changes of the three indicators were analyzed empirically using the panel data vector autoregression method, and the dynamic relationship of each factor was measured using generalized moment estimation. It was found that ecological water resources are a key factor in promoting regional economic development, and the relationship between ecological water resources and sponge cities is both supportive and constraining; therefore, the constraints that ecological water resources place on sponge cities also indirectly affects economic development. To disconnect the use of water and ecological resources from economic development, it is necessary to note the following: the feedback effect of economic development and the resolution of the contradiction between sponge cities, water, and ecological resource use.
