Biography
Dr. Li-Ta Hsu, born in Taiwan, is an associate professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University where he directs the Intelligent Positioning and Navigation Lab focused on the navigation for pedestrian and autonomous driving in urban canyons. He was a Technical Representative serving on the ION Council and currently is an Associate Fellow in the RIN.
