This study focus upon the significant issue that how inter-organizational knowledge acquisition (IOKA) enhances the green innovation (GI) through mediating role green organizational culture (GOC) and moderating role of absorptive capacity (AC). Contextualizing manufacturing SMEs, this study empirically tested model of green innovation to entail comprehensive mechanism to analyze its imperative determinants. Survey method was employed, and data was gathered from CEOs, owners and managerial level employees of manufacturing SMEs. Hierarchical regression was applied to verify the proposed hypotheses. Study finding confirmed the positive association between interorganizational knowledge acquisition, green organizational culture, and green innovation. Findings also approved that GOC mediates the association of IOKA, and GI. Additionally, AC strengthens the relationship between IOKA, and GI. Study contributes to theory through entailing insights relating influence of IOKA, GOC and AC on GI of enterprise along with mediating role of GOC and moderating role of AC in relationship of IOKA and GI. This study is useful for SMEs management to devise strategies of adopting green practices in current environment.

The main objective of the study is to determine the scope and importance of the crucial indicators that have positive impact in the provision of decent work (DW) opportunities to transgender individuals. In exploring the dynamics of DW, this study also investigates the important role of social & family support (SFS), career orientation (CO) and career initiatives (CI). Data was gathered from 341 transgender individuals residing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. In this study, we used a cross-sectional design and survey method. Moreover, questionnaires were used to collect the data. Statistical techniques like regression and structural equation modelling (SEM) were applied to analyze the data by making use of SPSS and AMOS. Findings of the study support a positive predictive association of SFS, CO, and CI with DW, therefore, this emphasizes their relevance in shaping DW among transgender individuals. The findings of the study demonstrate that CI mediates the associations between SFS and DW, and CO and DW. The outcomes of this research indicate that SFS, CO, and CI have a significant role in ensuring DW role. Through focusing on the mediating mechanism in which CO, SFS and CI are important predictors, this study is first of its kind in the context of developing countries that attempts to present a solid framework that would be helpful in providing decent work opportunities to underprivileged class of the society especially transgender individuals residing in developing countries.

The purpose of this study is to empirically evaluate the model that explains the methods involved in the transformation of environmental strategic Capabilities (ESC) into environmental strategic performance (ESP) of manufacturing SMEs in developing economies such as Pakistan. This study also analyzes the role of environmental strategic assessment (ESA) as a mediator as well as the contingent impacts of stakeholder engagement (SE). To evaluate the conceptual model, a cross-sectional design was employed in this study. Data from 489 owners, production managers, finance managers, and CEOs of 133 production units dealing with agriculture equipment (31 units), auto parts (18 units), electrical equipment (25 units), gas appliances (23 units), pharmaceutical instruments (15 units), and plastic products manufacturing (21 units) was gathered to validate the moderated mediation framework. The outcomes of the study support the notion that ESC and ESP are positively correlated. Furthermore, results also support the mediation role of ESA in the association between ESC and ESP. Additionally, the moderation of SE is validated, and this construct is portrayed as a catalyst in interaction of ESC and ESP. The current study contributes to strategic management literature by concentrating on intangible assets such as ESC and its key aspects. As a result, it introduces a new framework as well as a roadmap that will support in the accomplishment of ESP's aspirations. Through focusing on the mediating mechanism in which ESC may well be transformed to ESP of manufacturing SMEs by ESA, the study findings significantly contributed to the understanding of environmental dynamism in contemporary management era. The findings of the study also assist in clarifying the moderating impact of SE and how its interactions with ESC and ESP strengthen the influence that enterprises have on ESA.
