Xiaohan Fang received his Ph.D. in navigation, guidance and control from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2020. He is currently a lecturer at the School of Energy and Electrical Engineering and Automation at Anhui University, Hefei, China. His research interests include reinforcement learning and deep learning, smart grid, energy Internet optimization control, industrial artificial intelligence, and data mining. Moran Xu is currently pursuing a master’s degree in control science and engineering from Anhui University, Hefei, China. His research interests include the estimation and balance of SOC of electric vehicle power battery packs. Fan Yuan received Ph.D. degrees in control science and engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, and the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, in 2011. He is currently a professor at the School of Energy and Electrical Engineering and Automation at Anhui University, Hefei, China. His research interests include microgrid-distributed collaborative control, networked multi-agent system analysis and control, mobile robot autonomous positioning, navigation, and control translation.
