Director of the LEMaC Center for Road Research UTN FRLP - CIC PBA of the National Technological University, Argentina. Doctor in Engineering mention Materials, Master in Transportation and Logistics, and Civil Engineer from the National Technological University, Argentina. INNOVAR 2023 Award, third place, and popular vote. Iron A' Design Award 2023 in the A' Design Award & Competition of Como, Italy. Second Prize 2020 of the International Award Juan Antonio Fernández del Campo for Innovations in Highway from the Spanish Highway Association. Award 2006 from the Argentine Society of Traffic Engineers for Road Safety. Exchange researcher at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Spain. Scholar of the Higher Polytechnic Center of the University of Zaragoza, Spain.
