Prof.
Dr. Chien-Yie Tsay is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Materials
Science and Engineering at Feng Chia University in Taichung City, Taiwan. He
received his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from National Tsing Hua
University in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, his M.Sc. from the Institute of Materials
Engineering at National Taiwan Ocean University in Keelung City, Taiwan, and
his B.Sc. from the Department of Polymer Engineering at National Taiwan
University of Science and Technology in Taipei City, Taiwan. Prof. Tsay has
also been a visiting professor at the University of Southern California (USC)
in the United States and Kyushu University in Japan. His research interests
include oxide thin-film transistors, microwave ceramic materials, and
nanomaterials synthesis and applications.
