Byung-Joo Kim is currently an Associate Professor at Jeonju University, Department of Advanced Materials and Chemical Engineering. He received a B.S. and M.S. in Polymer Engineering from Chonbuk National University and a Ph.D. in Science from the University of Science and Technology. From 2009 to 2020, he worked at the Korean Carbon Industry Promotion Agency. His research interests include the preparation of carbonaceous materials and modification of their interfaces for environmental and energy materials.
