Biography
Michael Pircher received his Master’s degree in Technical Physics from Graz University of Technology in 2000 and his Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from the University of Technology of Vienna, Austria, in 2003. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Center for Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering, Medical University of Vienna, Austria. His scientific interest lies in retinal imaging, adaptive optics, new contrast techniques in optical coherence tomography and coherence microscopy.
