Hao Zhou was born in Macheng, Hubei, China, in 1978. He received the B.E. degree in telecommunication engineering, the M.E. degree in telecommunication and information systems, and the Ph.D. degree in radio physics from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 1999, 2001, and 2004, respectively. From 2013 to 2014, he was a Visiting Scholar with Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, USA. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Visiting Scholar with Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. He is currently a Professor with Wuhan University. His research interests include radar signal processing, adaptive signal processing, and the technology of high-frequency radar sea remote sensing.
