Dr. Longfei Cui is an Associate Researcher and a Master’s Supervisor at Nanjing Institute of Agricultural Mechanization, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Nanjing, China. He is the Chief Scientist Program of the National Key Research and Development Program, Secretary General of the Plant Protection and Environmental Engineering Special Committee of the Jiangsu Agricultural Engineering Society, and an “Outstanding Backbone Talent” of the Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. He is engaged in the research and development of precision pesticide application and intelligent plant protection machinery, and has led the National Key Research and Development Program. He has published 15 academic papers as the first author (13 papers included in EI/SCI), authorized 35 Chinese invention patents, and 2 PTC international patents as the first inventor. He is also an expert reviewer for well-known journals such as Computers and Electronics in Agriculture and Journal of Agricultural Engineering.
