Biography
Dr. Giulio Ruffini obtained a BA in mathematics and physics from Berkeley and a PhD in theoretical physics from UC Davis/LANL in 1995. In 2000, he founded Starlab to transform science into high-impact technologies. In 2011, he founded Neuroelectrics to deliver brain stimulation solutions to the clinical market. He is now the CEO of Starlab and President of Neuroelectrics. He is also the PI in the Galvani ERC Synergy project.
