Prof. Dr. Xinping Zhang is a professor at the School of Medical and Health Management of Tongji Medical College. She graduated from the former Tongji Medical University with a master's degree in health statistics in 1991 and received a doctorate in medicine from the Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a major in epidemiology and health statistics in 2004. She has participated in and presided over a variety of projects and subjects. Her research interests include health policy, drug policy, hospital management,community health services, and new rural cooperative medical care.
