Dr. Yanping Huang, Ph.D., has been an Associate Professor in the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering at Foshan University since December 2017. His research interests include ultrasound and optical coherence tomography (OCT), soft tissue elasticity imaging, microangiography, medical image processing and artificial intelligence, computer-aided diagnosis, muti-view stereo, etc. He has published more than 50 SCI academic papers in some prestigious journals such as Hepatology, Biomaterials, Annals of Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Optics Express, and including a cover article in Ophthalmic Surgery, Lasers and Imaging – Retina (2014). He has been cited more than 2400 times on Google Scholar, with an H-index of 26. He is the author of the book Measurement of Soft Tissue Elasticity in Vivo: Techniques and Applications (CRC Press, 2015).
