Prof. Dr. Sen Guo received his B.S. degree in economics, his M.S. degree in industrial engineering, and his Ph.D. degree in energy management from North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China, in 2009, 2013, and 2016, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor and a master’s supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, North China Electric Power University. He obtained the Beijing Outstanding Young Fund in 2017 and created a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2018. His research interests include MCDM applied in the energy field, energy economics, energy price, and energy system optimization.
